Since 2003, I have been in the duty of many of the most respected hotels and restaurants of Turkey such as Dedeman Hotel, Holiday Inn, from the bottom to the top. Since 2012, I've giving counseling for many restaurants and cafes about the menu creation, kitchen efficiency, kitchen installation, kitchen costs, material selection and I've given staff training as well.
I'm giving consulting about making the kitchen more efficient by making the most efficient use of the kitchens after the opening process, preparing new menu for restaurant or menu revision at the same time.
I also provide staff training with the aim of ensuring that the products prepared are always of the same quality and flavor.
